What is Reiki?

 

You're probably here because you've heard about Reiki from a friend. Or maybe a chiropractor or acupuncturist mentioned it. At the time, it might have seemed too "woo" but you haven't been able to get it out of your head. So what is Reiki about?

Reiki is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing and self-improvement. It activates your body's natural healing processes, restoring physical and emotional well-being. Reiki is based on the idea that life force energy flows through us. If your energy is blocked, you're more likely to get sick or feel stress. If it's clear, you're most likely happy and healthy. Reiki works to remove blockages so you'll be happier than a Pharrell song!
